During our Black Friday Thanksgiving Day dinner, Miss Marsha, daughter Katie (who was taking a break from holding her new precious baby) taught AA how to use a cell phone camera. AA was very interested and even had a few smiles (NOT captured).
AA had lots of fun.... so at what age does one buy their daughter a cell phone? :)
The end result..... she loves taking pictures.... Oh, hang onto your cameras and cell phones!

It is funny how they are fascinated with phones and cameras.....Sarah has had an obsession for about the last year! We have had a couple close calls, but so far, bot phone or camera has been damaged!!

In regards to suggestions for language learning for your daughter... go through any of my archives on "super speech therapy" especially some of the children's books.
Also, I cannot recommend Signing Times for language learning enough. Any signing is going to help bridge her transition from her native language to English because of the visual and (often) transparent nature of the words. We began signing with our kids from the day they came home from Korea.

Victoria has her princess phone and Danny has his spiderman phone. I say they are never too young :)
I just won a fisherprice digital waterproof camera on ebay because Danny is really getting into it.

Oh, Alyzabeth and Lainey have that in common...L LOVES cell phones in general, and thinks that everyone has HER picture on their cell. Guess she's full of herself. L also has that same dress that A is wearing. :) She's such a doll!
She's just precious. Kira loves the cell phone, remote, anything that turns on some electronic device. To her they double as one another and is frequently seen talking on the remote or trying to turn the tv on with the phone...so funny!
I will say these kiddos are soooo smart! She holds the real phone in one ear with her shoulder up like I do when I'm multi-tasking and say's "hallo".
Wait till she can turn on the DVD by herself!
