We are hoping Referrals reach our agency today. Then we Wait patiently for The Call either Tuesday or Wednesday.
We have come to appreciate that not all Waits or Weekends are the same :)

As for the race for information, Game On!!! Although I must admit that we are on vacation whee the internet connection is shottie and goes out everytime the wind blows, but I'm still in for the game. RQ says pkg has arrived at one European agency.

Oh my goodness - having to do the puppy dog panting - labor is getting worse and worse, I can't stand it. To think we are almost there - umm, can you say EMOTIONAL!!!
At this point all I want/need to know is if pkgs arrive at US agencies today cause that means tomorrow will be the call.
Ford, I had a feeling on the drive into work today that TODAY is the day! Come on...let's see that face!

Our agency hasn't updated their website yet, but it is only 8:15am, so I guess I'd better wait for them to arrive :) and open that most important of packages.
I can't remember...they call you with the info and then they overnight your referral?
Please let it be today!

Can't wait!!! BTW, if you think this part of the wait was bad, the next part is even worse!!! It feels like it takes FOREVER between referral and Gotcha!!!
Our agency lags a day checking (in China) to be certain everything is in order, translates the Referral documents and then they make The Call. I understand they can/do overnight the package to you as well as email/fax pictures and info they have at the time of The Call.
And then again, I could be completely off my rocker and have this all confused! Logic and clear thinking seem to be taking a hit today :)
We're confident enough that we will not be getting our Call today that Aly went into work. IF I unexpectedly do get The CALL, I will not be taking any information except when WE CAN CALL THEM back and plan our trip to their Orlando office to open everything there TOGETHER!
You can bet I'll be following those orders!!! :)

ps: the news about the cutoff date moving to 1/31/06 came out of nowhere this morning!
Hang in there. Only hours to go. I'm just glad that they did get through the month of January rather than the rumored 2 days I had read on some blogs. Granted that means we still have to wait a long time for our referral but a step closer is a step closer.
Can't wait to see her adorable face!
A family just reported they got The Call from their new england agency! They have the same LID date as we do!
