Do you need an easy way to entertain with family and guests? How easy can it be?
I love this idea so will try it out this summer Do-It-Yourself Kebab Party!
Buy any meats and vegetables; cut into kebab sized pieces; marinate or pre-cook some of the thicker vegetables (like potatoes, bell peppers).... do ahead, keep in the refrigerator until grill is ready. Invite everyone to assemble their kebabs, buffet style, cook on the grill and Voila!!
How cool!
Start the grill and get the guests cooking!
Enjoy!

I remember my Dad cooking these on the grill when I was little. Can't wait to have them again!
Anything that has someone else doing the work for me can't be all bad! The weather for grilling has deteriorated here in the Southern Hempisphere, but I'm filing this one away for next summer.
