Signs are pointing to the 19th as the cutoff for referrals. That would be a whopping 5 day advancement from last month. Which pushes our referral out to September. The "Wait" continues...

Ugh. Blech. So, guess that means I need to prepare for a 2009 referral, eh? Man, that would mean a 35-36 mos wait. Nutty.
