No, not that time... It's LID time.
Today we ring up #23 which means we most assuredly will pass the 2+ years mark before our referral. Not whining. Well ok, maybe just a little, as we (merrily) comply with the tenants of the LID Count Down Club in announcing our 23rd anniversary.
We so understand the letters written in IA world to all the unforgotten daughters. We know what it's like to wonder: Where are you? When will we see you? When will it be our Forever Day?
As is with each day and each passing anniversary, we offer up a prayer for God's love and protection for all the little ones waiting to be joined with their Forever Family.

It just kinda freaks me a little to see your actual LID date (almost EXACTLY a month away) and then to realize it could take 6 months (god hopefully not more) to get to your dang referral.
