Maine Apples - Made into Applesauce

With all the apples we brought home from Maine, we needed to make applesauce and pies. There are just so many apples you can eat fresh in a day!

The applesauce and pie turned out delicious!

I haven't done this yet. MR has requested apple pie & apple crisp. This is now on my "honey-do" list while I rest!
Love you all!

I love to cook and bake, but I have never learned how to make a great pie.

Hey Ford!
I'm using your crab cake recipe this evening for some good friends. Looking forward to a great meal.

Hey Ford,
4 thumbs up on the crab cakes - kept the spices @ what was called for in the recipe and they came out just as everyone liked them. Used the cayanne instead of the Cajun spice - mmmmmmm, great!

Looks YUMMY! I'm jealous of your Maine apples. We made applesauce last week but since we're in the south we had to use what we had.
