My Mom, DH and I spent our last day in Maine going through Freeport. We had a good lunch at a new cafe - good food plus the great weather so sat outside. We also checked out the new Leon Gorman Park just a short mile from Freeport.
We love shopping at L.L. Bean for their very practical clothes (a portion of everyone's wardrobe should have some) and checking out new items (I tried on many new slacks) as Mom asks us make a list for Christmas. We know where our gift is coming from! Thanks Mom!

LOL! I was just reading another girl's blog and she was saying the same thing re: LLBean!! And I was thinking, what the heck is that? I thought it must've been a coffee shop (bean?!!)

Hey! Cool we were at L.L.Bean Thursday before last! Too bad we didn't know each other was going to be there we could have met for a coffee on Sunday when we were on our way back from NY. Beautiful store isn't it? Did you see the sleeper with the ladybugs on it in the childrens department? It was cute!

we went to Maine years ago and it was a blast. I would love to visit again!
Some of the girls at my workplace were talking about taking a road trip to Main so we could go shopping at LL Bean for Christmas gifts.
Not sure if we are still going or not but it sure looks like you had a good time!
