His predictions are depressing me! I was hoping for a referral in January but he is saying February. Ugh...
I can't deal with feeling depressed!! I'll keep the faith though...

I think you have a 12/27/05 LID. That being the case; Dave does show you with a very possible December referral date of 12/30/07 based on the model Average. As he states, it's very hard to project out more than the very next referral. Still, December is possible and I would feel decently confident in projecting a January 08 referral for you guys.

Ok, I'm completely depressed now.
May 2008. Not totally unexpected, but as I've just started to dwell on... THE OLYMPICS. I thought it was in August? So, with a May referral we travel in July, most likely...GREAT! Ticket prices will be at an all time high. Crowds will be at an all time high. Urgh.

sounds like it's more depressing than not. But I guess one needs reality. I'm gong SN route so it doesn't apply to me, but the wait BITES nontheless.
grumble grumble - am STILL having a hard time wrestling with no Ruby for Christmas, then wrestled with "ok, it will be 2 years - we'll get our referral in Feb 08" and now wrestling with "ok, count on a trip to China in the summer of '08" - trying trying trying to keep the faith.
Saw a dear colleague today and she and hubby adopted domestically (took a total of 6 mos. from start to finish) and their beautiful baby boy is now 5-1/2 months - gorgeous kid! I got to feed him tonight - swoon swoon.
Ok, keeping the faith.....keeping the faith. I'm trying, F & A - I swear, I'm trying :)
