The Application

We mailed the application form to the Tallahassee office of the Chinese Children Charities. We will be notified as to if our application has been approved. Although the Chinese government will allow an adoptive parent to be 55 years old (I’m 53), we will feel better once we are officially approved to continue on in the adoptive process.

The Decision

We filled out and signed the application forms to begin the process of adopting our daughter.

Lizzy, it's going to take a while but we are coming for you.
