We whipped up a batch of oatmeal raisin cookies to have on hand when Grandpa and Nana arrive this week. Grandpa almost always eats a cookie a day, so wanted AA to bake some for her Grandpa.
The preparations....
Reading the recipe.....
Learning that you have to pack the brown sugar.....
All mixed.....a little too thick for AA to stir but she helped.....
No, she didn't eat any raw cookie dough.....
Showing off to Daddy.....
Fresh and warm, right out of the oven..... we needed to taste them......
Packaging up the cookies to save for Grandpa......

How sweet!!
And I'm sure grandpa is going to be very grateful for all her hard work :)
AA makes me smile..
Love it..
Thanks for making my day brighter..
Have a great week..
Hugs..
What awesome cookies! Great job AA!
What fun. (And these pics continue to show off that gorgeous little face. My, but she's a beauty!)
She looks like a natural in the kitchen! My girlies would have eaten the cookie dough...it's our favorite.
Aly, I love that you are teaching AA to bake from scratch. Its such a lost art these days and there really is nothing like it.
I'll bet grandpa is going to savor every morsel!
AA's hair is getting so long!
Such an angel!
